Reservation

Reservation is mandatory and must be made no later than 30 days from the start of the event.

Reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Cancellation up to 31 days before date of event: customer is fully refunded, cancellation between 30 and 8 days before date of event: customer is charged 50% of price, cancellation less than 8 days before date of event: customer is fully charged.

Activities with Nature Guide, bike rental.

Excluded
Anything not expressly indicated above.

Postponement and cancellation
The organization reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event in consideration of the weather updates of the previous day, notifying it by 14.00 for morning activities and by 18.00 for afternoon activities. The itinerary may vary in relation to weather and environmental conditions, as well as for any reason related to the safety of the participants.
